Schematic design and design development drawings for a 5,000-square-foot, 4-level, terraced house design upon a hilly, 95,000-square-foot lot. The house design flows seamlessly and allows for lovely views throughout the house from outperched interior balconies overlooking the floors below.
An interesting lot with rolling topography combined with local building height limits resulted in a number of challenges throughout the design process.
