We aided with the schematic and design drawings of The Grand, a 5 story hotel that is one of the focal points of the Redlands development project.
Working with a fully developed model from another firm presented some troubles in terms of differing modeling standards. While this did lead to some difficulties, it also gave us the opportunity to learn from the modeling practices of others.
