Description —
The second phase of First Philec Corporation's wafer cutting plant is comprised of a second production building and a Multi-Purpose Building housing the workers' cafeteria and recreation area.
Creating the right environmental conditions for the production building was key in providing the clients with the space they needed to do their work and to house their production equipment. The multi-purpose building was designed as an extension of the exisitng buildings architecturally, but with infused recreational qualities.
