Description —
A 3-Story apartment building was fitted into an irregular shaped lot, maximizing the space to fit 3 separate apartments with 3 Bedrooms each. A warehouse for the owner occupies the ground floor with office at the second floor and a separate staircase is provided to access the residential units on the 3rd floor.
"Although the lot had it's constraints due to its shape, we were still able to create an interesting façade and top it off with open spaces like an atrium and balconies for the residents."
