Anvaya Beach House

This beach house project in Anvaya Cove, Morong, Bataan, is a masterclass in Modern Tropical architecture. Nestled within Ayala Land Premier’s exclusive seaside leisure community, the design takes full advantage of the "mountains-meet-the-sea" topography that defines the Bataan coastline.  

The house is designed as a tiered, multi-level structure that gracefully follows the natural contours of its sloped lot. Instead of resisting the terrain, the architecture uses the elevation to its advantage, creating distinct zones of privacy while ensuring every level has an unobstructed view of the surrounding lush greenery and distant horizon.
